These terms govern your use of our website and any order you place for cakes or event services. By placing an order you accept these terms.
1. Who we are
This website is owned and operated by Repanis Patisserie, a patisserie based in Arnaia, Halkidiki, Greece. Full contact details are given at the end of these terms and in the site footer.
2. Cake orders
Custom cakes need preparation time: pick-up is set at least 10 days from the order date. You choose a pick-up date and time within the shop's opening hours.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide (flavour, servings, text, design, contact details). We are not liable for mistakes caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
3. Services & events
For event services (weddings, christenings, dessert catering, etc.) bookings are made at least 7 days before the event. Final details (quantities, delivery, price) are confirmed after we agree them with you.
4. Prices & deposit
A deposit, paid securely online, is required to confirm your order or booking. The balance is settled in-store at pick-up (cakes) or after the details are agreed (services).
Displayed prices include applicable VAT. Any estimated cost for services is indicative and finalised during our conversation.
5. Payments
Online payments are processed by our provider, Viva Payments. Your card details are entered directly into the provider's secure environment and are never stored by us.
6. Cancellations & refunds
Because cakes and event products are made specifically for you to your specification, the deposit is non-refundable if you cancel. For changes or cancellations please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
If we are unable to fulfil the order for reasons attributable to us, the deposit is refunded in full.
7. Allergens & product information
Our products may contain or come into contact with allergens (gluten, nuts, dairy, eggs and others). If you or your guests have allergies or intolerances, please tell us before ordering.
8. Intellectual property
The website content (text, photographs, logo, design) is the intellectual property of Repanis Patisserie and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Liability
We make every effort to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date. We are not liable for technical errors or temporary unavailability of the site.
10. Personal data
How we handle your personal data is described in detail in our Privacy Policy, which we encourage you to read.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, showing the date it was last updated.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute falls under the courts of the business's registered seat, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection law.
